NYPD GOT USED

NYPD Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna
ATTACKING the INNOCENT from BEHIND!!!
[ SEE the VIDEO ]
The NYPD: New York City Police Department GOT USED by Mike Bloomberg to carry out HIS-VIOLENT-TYRANNY over the otherwise Free People of New York City. The City has no choice but to DECLINE defending their street-thugs [the ones who show up to INFLICT VIOLENCE under the FALSE guise of 'keeping order'] in Civil Court. Don't feel bad for those certain people on the NYPD who like to show off to their superiors by carrying out the often ILLEGAL and violent orders passed down.

VIOLENT-SOCIOPATHS are CRIMINALS - whether or not they wear a badge. Never forget that!

NO JUSTICE = NO PEACE
WE WILL NEVER FORGET
the horrors that Mike Bloomberg's NYPD unleashed on peaceful protesters. This is much larger than the "PR problem" the City seems to think this is. This administrations VIOLENT assault on the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - Will NOT Go Unpunished.

WE WILL NOT FORGET : WE WILL NOT RELENT
...if there is - indeed - any just rule of law left in our nation.

The Hypocrisy of Mike Bloomberg [VIDEO]

Straight from the facebook page of Mike Bloomberg.
It's just amusing sometimes to see him speak about the 'safety of citizens' or really - anything to do with Human Rights at all, since he has so proudly overseen the perpetual abuse of Human Rights through the brutality of his NYPD. Literally breaking the bones and shedding the blood of peaceful protesters who assert their RIGHT to be - and to protest - in public places is far from sincere concern for the wellbeing of The People.

You just can't make this stuff up...
But look at the overt reaction he's been getting since launching constant physical assaults on peaceful protesters. Hey Mike... We Are Winning. Your tyranny dressed up as legitimacy, just isn't fooling anyone anymore. We're coming for you. You and your Wall Street buddies better figure something out quick - because your brutality has served no purpose but to expose you for a brute.
We will not relent.
See you soon.

How FEAR Turned Peace Officers
into Militarized CRIMINAL Henchmen:
- a 360 perspective - [VIDEO]

PROTESTER, Cecily McMillan
tells Democracy NOW! about her first hand experience in one of the
NYPD's most recent physical assaults on protesters in a public square:

ONE GOOD COP: OUR CAPTAIN, Ray Lewis

breaks it all down for We Are Change this past November:

It's amazing to have this perspective
from a former Philedelphia Police Captain

A shining example of what the NYPD and other departments COULD BE, if only they too, would stand up against their own fears. It is FEAR that makes a police officer obey without conscience. It is FEAR that keeps all people doing the wrong thing. The FEAR of not being able to feed yourself and your family, should NEVER be the motivating force in your life. FOLLOWING ILLEGAL ORDERS can only happen in a world corrupted and controlled by money. When our police departments don't have to FEAR losing their budgets, and their officers don't have to FEAR not being able to feed their families, see how much more just and equal our world will be.

When the watchmen don't have to FEAR for their own survival, see how many less ILLEGAL ORDERS they are willing to follow. See how many more of them are willing to put conscience before orders. See how many less of them are willing to look the other way. See how many more of them are willing to stand with The People, rather than against us!

You simply cannot be in FEAR that you will lose your job, and truly stand with The People at the same time. It's one or the other. Your FEAR serves no one. It is FEARLESSNESS that we require.

The Human Rights of all are undermined buy socio-economic constructs that paralyze minds and hearts, with FEAR. You can only be truly serving The People, when you are serving with FEARLESSNESS. If you are too afraid to lose your job, you are likely to not do the right thing. The FEAR of losing the ability to feed their families - being dangled over their heads in every moment - is it any wonder that yesterday's Peace Officer is today's MILITARIZED THUG? One who dares not to question suppressive orders, nor interrupt corruption and oppression, nor apply critical thought to their professional situation being one of actually keeping them from helping The People, but rather, helping those who aim to exploit The People? You don't have to understand all of the intricacies therein, to know that it is WRONG to suppress protests in public squares. In fact - IT IS A CRIME. If you know that much, you are on the right track!

At the new Occupation of Union Square, a pattern is emerging. For five days, since the NYPD attacked the attempted re-occupation of Liberty Square, hundreds of people have Occupied the park in midtown Manhattan. For the past two nights, using the pretext of ¨midnight park cleaning¨, NYPD has responded with heavy-handed tactics to enforce a curfew on the park for the first time in history since it opened in 1882. Twice, NYPD has come under cover of darkness to harass and intimidate the peaceful Occupiers.

Last night, thousands of New Yorkers converged on Union Square for the #MillionHoodiesMarchto demand justice for Trayvon Martin and all victims of racist terror. The NYPD also turned out in massive numbers and attacked the marchers, who responded with chants of ¨no justice, no peace, no racist police!¨ In a scene reminiscent of the September march for Troy Davis during the early days of the Liberty Square Occupation, the NYPD once again stole the show, turning a march against the killing of a Black 17-year-old into yet another scene of police brutality against protesters.

The crowd was split into several smaller marches by police assaults. One group filled Times Square with chants of ¨We are Trayvon Martin!¨, while another headed to the Brooklyn Bridge, and a third converged on Liberty Square (which NYPD had already barricaded). Nearby, top NYPD brass were caught on livestream violently arresting and swinging batons at peaceful protesters.

As the march arrived in the financial district, protesters overturned the barricades on Wall Street and climbed the iconic Wall Street bull that NYPD has vigilantly guarded ever since #OWS began, long a symbol of the banking and financial industry´s greed. The police were quick to rush to defend the symbol of the Stock Exchange, receiving chants of ¨Whose cops? Wall Street´s cops!¨ In the United States, police attack nonviolent protesters for challenging economic inequality, but killers of unarmed youth of color are left alone.

After the Million Hoodie March, many Occupiers returned to Union Square for the night. They were met with an even larger police presence. Occupiers were doing nothing except socializing, playing music, and resting when hundreds of police, with many high-ranking officials and riot squads present, set up barricades. As though trying to incite a riot, the NYPD forced them from their peaceful encampment once again, formed a human chain around protesters, and threatened to arrest anyone who sits in the park.

occupy union square

For two nights now, in a display of wishful thinking, local corporate media has claimed that Occupy Union Square was evicted. But we´re still there. Last night, after being kicked out temporarily, Occupiers merely marched around the perimeter and waited in a tense stand-off until police finally left. Given the increasingly aggressive temperament of the NYPD commanders on the scene, many expected a violent mass arrest which, luckily, did not occur - most likely because literally 100s of thousands of people had been watching the night´s events on Livestream.

It is yet to be seen how long the NYPD will continue this nightly dramatic waste of city resources. While it would cost nothing to allow homeless protesters to sleep in a 24-hour public park, it costs a lot to kick them out. And it is a waste -because every time the city has attacked, protesters have stood their ground nonviolently and returned as soon as the police leave and rush hour traffic wakes up. The NYPD is waging an unwinnable war on dissent.

Stay tuned - there is a lot planned for the coming days!

Mayor Bloomberg's Campaign of Terror & Distraction

You may remember that last week, New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg made the sudden announcement of an emergency press conference on the subject of "terror".  What you may not know is that to people who work inside the news media and in television broadcasting, the rare event of a sudden Sunday evening press conference with top officials is either an actual emergency, or the mark of someone desperately trying to get ahead of the 'weekly news cycle' - perhaps in order to bury one story with an even more sensational one.

Leading up to last weekend, both Mayor Bloomberg and the NYPD had earned plenty of negative attention that they were desperate to divert the public away from. Between the regular reports of NYPD brutality being inflicted on the peaceful protesters in lower Manhattan and the middle of the night NYPD assault on the Occupy encampment in Liberty (Zuccotti) Park just earlier in the week - which involved the NYPD securing the ground and airspace from all news media in apparent efforts to disallow any evidence of their assault on the protesters and the illegal destruction of their property - as well as their blatant contempt for Judge Lucy Billings' temporary restraining order against the City and the NYPD the next morning - it was going to take a serious hijacking of the media's attention in order to redirect the public's focus.

While holding a very rare and in this case, quite unnecessary Sunday evening press conference on the subject of a supposed "terror" suspect who was both already in custody and considered by the FBI to be no legitimate threat, the Mayor and Police Commissioner - who recently found themselves in hot water over a slew of  civil rights violations against both protesters and journalists attempting to report on the city's aggressive suppression of the Occupy protests - desperately pushed all of their chips into the center of the table and apparently hoped to bluff the public into fear-based loyalty, while at the same time distracting us from their recent crimes against democracy.

Within 90 seconds of the start of the press conference, a video was shown of a car blowing up. That video was created by the NYPD. So was the bomb used in the video. Why is the NYPD assembling bombs and video taping them blowing up cars? Why was there a theatrical "model" bomb at the press conference? If they arrested the suspect just after he was "drilling holes" in preparation for a bomb, as they said, then he had no completed bomb at the time of his arrest. This begs the repeat of the question:

Why is the NYPD producing shock and awe propaganda videos of cars blowing up, when their suspect did not even have a completed test bomb?!

If this were a legitimate legal case, wouldn't it be inappropriate for these officials to produce propaganda like this against their suspect and show it to the news media and general public before that suspect even has a day in court to be officially charged? Wouldn't it be inappropriate for city officials to poison the potential jury pool by making and publicizing this such propaganda? Wouldn't this kind of conduct hurt the prosecutors case against the suspect, if in fact it were a legitimate case? If they are willing to threaten the stability of this such case once it is actually tried in a court of law, with these theatrical props and unnecessary, but visually frightening video presentations - what might be the real motive behind these presentations to the public? Does the suggestion of a terrorist, combined with the video of an explosion, frighten you?

Why would city officials show us their own video of an exploding car that is in no way directly connected to their suspect?

Bloomberg stated during the press conference that the suspect, "was not part of a larger conspiracy." He also referred to the suspect several times as a "lone wolf" as he pleaded his case about this supposed solo-terror-threat. The police commissioner repeated this term more than once as well. So, why the concerted branding of, and emphasis on a "lone wolf" aspect of this supposed suspect? One reason might be that the City and the NYPD want to give the clear impression that there is no need for any outside entities - FBI or otherwise - to further investigate their "terror threat" allegations.

In any event, within 48 hours of the press conference, some interesting points came to light.

Not only did the FBI not consider the suspect to be a credible threat, but they apparently also considered the NYPD's tactics in dealing with him, to be dangerously close to entrapment.

More than 50% of the general public who have commented on the Billionaire Mayor, Mike Bloomberg's facebook post announcing this arrest, have shown up to display their lack of faith in the honesty of Bloomberg's terroristic press conference. This figure holds strong even though it appears that many of the posts have somehow been censored/removed. This is reassuring that the fear-mongering tactics of the Bush era are still no longer welcome among the majority - or at least the majority of those who feel obliged to speak their minds on such matters.

Even the mainstream media questioned the timing of this sudden and rare Sunday evening announcement.

However Bloomberg aims to distract the public, or to scare us back into submission and blind obedience - the awakening of the world around him cannot be stopped. His pathetic attempt at playing the terror-card is as transparent now as it was initially (see our coverage PRE & POST press conference). His crimes against The People of New York City, the Occupy Movement, and democracy itself, are on record. He cannot wash away what he has done - and we will not forget.

Having ignored The People of New York City twice voting to keep their mayoral term limits in place and skirting their wishes by throwing his monied-weight around to stay in power, we already knew that Billionaire Mayor Mike Bloomberg is a tyrant. Now we know that he is a terrorist too.

Mayor Bloomberg, this is your legacy.

Your fortune may have been just enough to keep you in power after you had worn out your welcome in New York City, but every single penny of your enormous empire cannot save you from your place in history.

Our legacy will be to create a better world; one without the likes of criminal oligarchs like
you.

Bloomberg About to Announce False "Terror" Alert
to Bury Damning Story of NYPD Opression Against Political Dissent

Today, New York State Senator Eric Adams and others held a press conference from Zuccotti Park condemning the Bloomberg administration for using the NYPD to violate the rights of the protesters in the park. Their language was certain, direct, and damning of Bloomberg and the actions of the NYPD over the course of the OWS occupation of Zuccotti Park. "Never again, in New York City," he said, while speaking of the police brutality, the illegal eviction from the park, the arrest of reporters and other efforts to disallow the press to witness and report on the assaults on the protesters 1st and 4th amendment rights - not to mention the assaults on their physical bodies.

Right now, Bloomberg has Police Commissioner Ray Kelly about to give an emergency press conference on the topic of "terror". This is an obvious attempt to bury the story that could help bury Bloomberg. His assault on the civil liberties of the people of New York City has gotten the attention of New York State officials and they are calling him out. This press conference of Bloomberg's is not fooling anyone.

Even CNN just reported that 'the mayor wants to distract from the occupy movement'.

When even the mainstream media is on to you, Mayor Bloomberg, your days are numbered!

UPDATE (post-conference):
They stumbled, they bumbled, they for some unexplained reason showed a video of a car blowing up.
They pulled out all the stops. They are desperate.

They mentioned that this supposed "terror suspect" wanted to change his name to "Osama Hussein" in honor of his two heroes, Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. This suggestion is almost obnoxiously ridiculous. Those two people are from two completely different spectrums of the Arab world. They did not like each other. They did not have much in common at all. In fact, the greatest thing they had in common was large scale American propaganda. The Mayor's office is clearly grasping at whatever straws might be left of the Bush Era 9/11 fear-mongering that assumed all Arabs were the same - and that these two were easy enough tools to use to manipulate the American people to live in fear. We're not as malleable as we used to be - and we are shocked that this silly combination of two opposites was used in an attempt to garner legitimacy in the Mayor's comic book style fear-mongering, diversionary tactics.

When asked why if this was a terrorist situation, the FBI wasn't involved, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said that they were "notified." He claimed in one moment that there just wasn't enough time to get the FBI involved, and in the next moment that the FBI needn't be involved moving forward. When asked about what clearly would be a federal case, if federal charges have or will be filed, the police commissioner said that New York has it's own legal process for terrorists (one that somehow supersedes obvious federal jurisdiction?!). We know that this does not add up to truth. These overwhelmingly cartoon-evil-villainous tactics of deception, diversion, and fear-mongering are as clear and present as the danger that this type of politics is to any legitimate government. This administration is both a danger to the people and a fraud.

Mayor Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly are trembling.
They should be.
The jig is up.

It's time to go.
Leave on your own, while you still can.
